道喜准教授らが執筆した『Development of an artificial intelligence model to estimate psychiatrist-assessed mental health-related presenteeism』が、Journal of Occupational Health（https://academic.oup.com/joh）に掲載されました。本論文で、労働者のパフォーマンスをAIを使って判定するシステムの開発をしたことを報告しました。今後の労働者のメンタルヘルスマネジメントへの貢献が期待されます。
